In June 2025, the MAUN.TEN team, consisting of sports scientists and athletes, is offering an intensive running training camp in St. Moritz. The aim of this camp is to advance your running skills. Carefully planned units, combined with targeted recovery and plenty of motivation from the community of like-minded people, ensure a varied experience. Our specials make this week an experience that is sure to be remembered!


camp period and daily schedule

Period: June 14 to 28, 2025 (starts every Saturday)


weekly overview

Week 1:

- Day 1: Arrival and moon walk for acclimatization, dinner at San Gian

- Day 2: Brunch, team-building hike including lunch with optional trail run

- Day 3: Intensive endurance running and technique training

- Day 4: Speed ​​training with lactate control and aqua jogging

- Day 5: Long run to the Pontresina dairy including brunch and specialist lecture in the evening

- Day 6: Easy Run with meditation to cool down and community run in the evening

- Day 7: Final training at over 2000 m above sea level with photo stop, snacks and feedback session

Week 2:

- Day 4: Speed ​​training with lactate control and aqua jogging

  • Day 7: Final training at over 2000 m above sea level with photo stop, snacks and feedback session

The running volume is between 65-95km per week


Costs and included services

Participation fee per week: 699 CHF

Participation fee for two weeks: 1299 CHF


The participation fee covers the following services:

- Training planning, including individual training design: The units are adapted to the level of the participants and supervised by a coach

- Professionally planned training: based on your previous running data and lactate control, we offer you targeted running training to improve endurance and speed. In addition, we work on your strength and running technique

- Regenerative units: Guided aqua jogging, cool down with experts and guided hike.

Shared meals and highlights:

- Moon Run (Week 1): We will provide you with a starting place with all inclusive services. The run serves as a relaxed training competition to get used to the altitude of St. Moritz in a great, sociable atmosphere

- Barista course (week 2): A workshop with one of the best baristas in Switzerland.

- Lunch on the hike: Culinary break during the full-day hike.

- Bellavita entrance for aqua jogging: access to the swimming pool for the regenerative aqua jogging session.

- Brunch at the Pontresina dairy: Brunch after the long run in the idyllic dairy.

- Final snacks and excursion ticket: Snacks and an excursion to the last running unit with photo stops and final group exchange.

- Sports-specific lecture: Exciting personalities from the world of sports inform the participants about topics related to training and regeneration.

- A surprise

Good for the mountains: 5% of the participation fee will be donated to Protect Our Winters (POW) because the preservation of the mountains is important to us.


target group and group classification

The camp is aimed at runners who can complete a 10 km course in 35 to 50 minutes. For training, participants are divided into three performance groups:

- Group 1: 35–40 minutes

- Group 2: 40–45 minutes

- Group 3: 45–50 minutes

participation requirements

The camp is aimed at runners and offers a group size of 6 to a maximum of 16 participants per week to enable individual support.


accommodation and meals

The running training camp does not include accommodation, although the nearby Townhouse Hotel in St. Moritz is recommended. All training sessions start near the running track in St. Moritz. Our team will be happy to help you find accommodation.
